Storm Restoration Specialist

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Independent Contractor Position (1099)

Commission potential of $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

​

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekend availability

​

REQUIREMENTS

​

  • Self-motivated, high energy, and willing to learn.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to be positive, friendly, and professional.

  • High school or equivalent. (preferred)

  • Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

  • You must be willing and physically able to climb a ladder and get on roofs to take pictures.

DAILY TASKS

​

  • Create self-generated property inspections through door knocking, networking and referrals

  • Social Media marketing

  • Attend scheduled inspections, adjuster meetings & contract signings with punctuality and attentiveness

  • Follow the Firebird Exteriors insurance claim sales process with homeowners

  • Steward the client experience from inspection to job close, alongside the production team

  • Consistently hit weekly goals for inspections and work authorizations signed

  • Update internal software, with daily sales data and results

  • Weekly meetings scheduled with sales manager

  • Maintain your own working and insured vehicle for transportation.

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
